I've made quite a few recipes out of this cookbook and would definitely recommend it BUT be aware that there's ahuge typo on the Carob Cookies recipe. The recipe calls for 1 cup of water which makes carob soup not a knead-able, roll-able dough. A quarter to a third of a cup of water is all that's needed. Excellent cookbook for making biscuits for your dog. I would definitely recommend this book for any dog lover!
This is an excellent book because the recipes are simple with not a whole lot of unusual ingredients. The only ingredient that I might have to search for was garbanzo flour, and I learned you can get it from or Whole Foods. The recipes are pretty easy to make and healthy for your little 'babies.' It's not a huge book, so you wouldn't have a whole lot of useless recipes. And the price is right!
